public class JDialogProstate2DHEDmapMICCAI_conversion extends JDialogBase implements AlgorithmInterface
This class generates the VOIs from HED prediction maps. Only takes MRI transformed images into concern, no CED involved. The transformed images are isotropic in x, y direction.
