A list of problems found in MuscleSegmentation by UCSD using java1.5.0_13 and 12
- Statistics take longer to compute in 4.4 than 4.1 (specifically 4.1.2 and 4.1.10 had reasonable speeds)
In custom pane, VOIs can only be added in first pane (both before and after a profile has been loadedfixed, re-implement when 1.6 is available on Mac- Statistics errors, need sample data
- GUI shows up as black on Mac, does not appear to happen with other MIPAV plugins
No problems found, more testing needed:
- Overwriting VOIs, check that file has actually been written over
Mipav features:
Default VOI thickness of two, unable to change system-wide- fixed- Alt tracing:
Unusual VOI flashingfixed in newer versions of MIPAV- Feature: VOI tracing without edge detection?
Open all VOIs from..., if folder is selected, open button should not disable- fixed
