Muscle Segmentation problems at UCSD

Problems with MIPAV 4.4.1 and java 1.6.0

This is the current version of the plugin, available here: muscleSeg441b.jar. No issues have been reported yet, but area of aortic calcium is planned. Need standard HU for this.
MuscleSeg441a
A scrolling bug was discovered in this version that made the side-panel buttons inoperable. The display of the bottom buttons on this side panel also needed to be fixed. For evaluation, this plugin is still available here: muscleSeg441a.jar. A new version of the plugin was produced as a result of this bug.
MuscleSeg441
This version of the plugin suffered from slow calculations when it came to volumes. While this is fixed, calculations are even faster in the upcoming release of MIPAV.
Problems with MIPAV 4.1.2 and java 1.5.0
A list of problems found in MuscleSegmentation by UCSD using java1.5.0_13 and 12 - note that MuscleSegmentation now requires java1.6
Statistics take longer to compute in 4.4 than 4.1 (specifically 4.1.2 and 4.1.10 had reasonable speeds)- fixed, also works well in VOI conversionIn custom pane, VOIs can only be added in first pane (both before and after a profile has been loadedfixed, works with 1.6Statistics errors,need sample data- fixed, update problem solvedGUI shows up as black on Mac, does not appear to happen with other MIPAV plugins- fixed
