A list of problems found in MuscleSegmentation by UCSD using java1.5.0_13 and 12
- Statistics take longer to compute in 4.4 than 4.1 (specifically 4.1.2 and 4.1.10 had reasonable speeds)
- In custom pane, VOIs can only be added in first pane (both before and after a profile has been loaded
- Statistics calculations

- GUI shows up as black on Mac, does not appear to happen with other MIPAV plugins
No problems found, more testing needed:
- Overwriting VOIs, check that file has actually been written over
Mipav features:
- Default VOI thickness of two, unable to change system-wide
- Alt tracing:
Unusual VOI flashingfixed in newer versions of MIPAV- Feature: VOI tracing without edge detection?
- Open all VOIs from..., if folder is selected, open button should not disable
