Volumes of Interest (VOIs)

MIPAV provides tools that allow researchers to automatically, semi-automatically, and manually identify and modify volumes of interest (VOIs). Nodes on the VOI can be moved or deleted, and new points can be added. VOI types include point, 2D line, 2D rectangle, 3D rectangle, 2D ellipse, 2D polygon, 3D polygon, and interactive level-set.
