Launching ImageJ from MIPAV =
To launch ImageJ,
Open a MIPAV image which you would like to process using ImageJ;
On the Image toolbar that appears, you will see 3 ImageJ icons;
Click the Launch ImageJ icon. The ImageJ window appears.
