Software developer from MIPAV team. Research interested in OpenGL and GPU based rendering, parallel processing, machine learning, 3D graphics, and algorithm analysis. Developed MIPAV scientific 3D visualization application, which focuses on Java OpenGL (GPU) and WildMagic game engine to perform volume and surface rendering. Side applications include surface extraction and decimation, RFA simulation, Haptic robotic device intervention, 3D visual endoscopy simulation, DTI visualization, etc. Examining existing methods and gathering background research, design and implement new software modules. Porting many algorithms (3D rendering, geometry, AAM, multi-class SVM, Ball pivoting, Poisson, pHash) from C++ to Java.
