Draw 3 orthogonal VOIs to delineat a prostate. From the Toolbar menu, use the VOI drawing tool, polygon/polyline VOI to draw the three VOIs with corresponding middle slice, apex and base slice. Please, follow the sequence to draw the three VOIs, Mid slice VOI first, i.e. slice 12; then apex VOI, i.e. slice 6; and end slice, i.e slice 19. Figure 2 demonstrates the drawing sequence.
